Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique. A method that helps us to dive deeper into the unexplored areas of our consciousness by completely relaxing the body and the mind.
Many masters have achieved the state of enlightenment by means of Yoga Nidra, a guided yogic sleep. Traditionally the secrets of Yoga Nidra were handed down orally from the Gurus to the disciples and rarely some references are found in the tantric scriptures. In the modern world we depend more on the logical thinking and our scanty knowledge, without realizing the immense resources available to us in the versatile universe and its dimensions.
In order to tap into the vast dimensions of the Universe and our consciousness we must dive deeper and explore the realms unknown to most human beings. Regardless of our gender, age, color and creed Yoga Nidra enables us to easily explore the lesser known territories of our being.
